Guarantee

All Seed Direct products should reach you in perfect condition, just as they left us. If you are dissatisfied please contact us on 041 982 4142 or at sales@seeddirect.ie

Delivery Charge

All orders are delivered at a charge of €10.

Order Dispatch

All orders are completed and dispatched within 3 days, and you will be notified by email. If you have not received notification, or your order has not arrived within 3 days, please contact us on 041 982 4142 or at sales@seeddirect.ie.

Payment

We use Realex to process all credit card details. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard & laser.

Seed Quality

All seeds are Department of Agriculture Certified and Tested and are fully traceable.

Customer Service

In the event of any query, or claim for goods lost or damaged in transit, please contact us on 041 982 4142 or at sales@seeddirect.ie and quote your Order Number.

Returns

We can only accept returns of 100% of orders in line with Department of Agriculture Regulations, at a cost of 10% of the original order.

Any bag with Department of Agriculture seal broken cannot be returned.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We may use cookies to assemble your order, but they contain no personal information. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• address
• phone number
• email address
• credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us.
